WELCOME TO OUR SPACE
De Ruimte is a characterful holiday farmhouse for up to 8 people in the small Limburg village of Ospeldijk.
We have furnished the house as much as possible with recycled and reused materials and furniture . Old items were given a new life and combined with natural materials and the authentic wooden beam structures of the house.
Downstairs, you will find a spacious kitchen, living room, and long dining table. Upstairs, soaring ceilings and original wooden beams create a beautiful sense of space, while a cosy lounge on the landing offers a quiet spot to retreat for a while.

A spacious kitchen, a long dining table, and the most important kitchen basics are ready for you, including a fully automatic coffee machine with fresh coffee beans for the first few days, tea, and sugar.

Luxury bathroom with a spacious shower and brass taps, plus a separate alcove with a bathtub.
🔥 Wood-fired hot tub
Light the fire, then enjoy the warm water outdoors.

Swings, slide, trampoline and a private small football field.

Made beds and bath towels are included with your stay.
🥕 From the Landt
Upon arrival, a small welcome package with a treat from our own Landt is waiting for you.
SLEEPING SPACE
The four bedrooms are spread over two floors. Downstairs you will find a bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs there is another double room and two bedrooms, each with two single beds.
One of them has a unique built-in loft bed on a mezzanine.
Especially upstairs, the original character of the house is beautifully reflected in the high ceilings and authentic beam structures.
Upon arrival, the beds are already made and the bath towels are ready.
🌿Vegan friendly:
The furnishings of de Ruimte contain no animal materials. For the duvets, we have chosen recycled down, in line with our choice to reuse existing materials as much as possible.
Would you prefer a completely animal-free sleep? Please indicate this when booking. We will then provide synthetic bedding.
SPACE OUTSIDE
The spacious 650 m² garden is made to be enjoyed. Long, lazy meals outside, picking up a book, kicking a ball around on the grass, or simply watching the deer in the meadow next door.
For children, there are swings, a slide, a trampoline and a little football field.
And when evening falls, the string lights cast a warm glow, the fire pit crackles and you can take your time getting the wood-fired hot tub nice and warm.
Some evenings, there’s simply nowhere else you need to be.
🐶 Pets:
To accommodate guests with allergies, and especially due to the presence of our own animals on the premises, pets are not allowed.
HET LANDT
De Ruimte is closely connected to our small-scale market garden, het Landt.
On our own Landt, we grow vegetables, herbs and flowers, with care for the soil, the seasons and everything that is already growing and living there.
You’ll find that same idea throughout de Ruimte: making use of what’s already there, giving materials a second life, and making thoughtful choices about what we add.
And of course, we would love for you to taste something. That is why there is something tasty from het Landt waiting for you upon arrival.

ABOUT US
Nice to see you! We are Linzi and Bram. Together with our children Lou and Pia, and Grandpa Ton, we have been living in this special place in Ospeldijk since August 2025.
Before this, we lived in Eindhoven for many years, where we ran a 100% plant-based restaurant. Although we enjoyed cooking there, the desire for more space grew: a place to live outdoors, grow food, and bring together everything that is important to us.
We found that place here.
Here on our land, we tend to het Landt, our market garden. We process part of the harvest into the dishes of Bakblik, our vintage food trucks with which we travel through the Netherlands and Belgium for plant-based catering.
Everything we do is interconnected. De Ruimte was also born from that idea. We furnished the holiday home as much as possible with existing and reused materials, because we believe that beautiful things often already exist.
